By using ConsentWise you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

WHAT CONSENTWISE IS
ConsentWise is a privacy transparency tool that scans installed apps, analyzes their permissions, and generates AI-powered plain-English summaries of privacy policies.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS
• ConsentWise does not provide legal advice
• AI-generated summaries are not legal opinions
• Risk scores are indicative only and based on automated analysis
• The app is in beta — summaries may contain inaccuracies
• Always consult a qualified legal professional for formal legal opinions

AI-GENERATED CONTENT
You acknowledge that AI-generated summaries may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. ConsentWise makes no warranty about the accuracy of AI-generated content. Do not make significant decisions based solely on ConsentWise summaries without independent verification.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The ConsentWise app, design, logo, and underlying technology are owned by ConsentWise. A provisional patent has been filed (Application #63/940,558).

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT AI SUMMARIES WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONSENTWISE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
